3DIQ

Conversion house

Prime Focus

This catalogue names the company on 45 films as the conversion house, on 51 credits from different publishers. What follows is the work, with the source of every credit. There is no score here and no ranking: 3DIQ rates nobody, and a filmography is a better answer than a grade anyway.

What is known about the company

Sourced separately from the credits

Prime Focus merged with Double Negative in 2014 and the combined company was renamed DNEG. Credits here were published under the earlier name; later ones are on the DNEG page.13

The same team is credited after the change of name as DNEG.

How those films were made in stereo

Counted from the films on this page

How the 3D was made on the 45 films above. A conversion house on a native shoot is not a contradiction: a film can be converted in part, or given a second eye for shots a rig could not reach.

The films

Released between 1939 and 2018

The years here are the films' own, not the years the conversion was done. This catalogue holds no date for the work itself, and a conversion made for a re-release carries the year of the original picture — which is why this range starts in 1939.

Where a source named more than one house, the credit is printed as it was published.
